   Vote Today: Seattle Sounders

If you haven't heard, Seattle MLS is putting its team name to an online (mlsinseattle.com) vote today until March 31st. The league did not put Seattle Sounders on the ballot but is there as a write-in choice.

The Sounders name has some deep roots in the Seattle greater area from the NASL to its present team. In a poll of online readers at seattlepi.com, Sounders was the overwhelming choice over the other three options, receiving 76 percent of the more than 800 votes Click here to go to link

A lot of people very upset at the fact that the new MLS team might not be called the Sounders. Sounders fans are mobilizing help from America’s largest soccer website BigSoccer.com.

Please help out your team and vote using the write-in option, and type "Seattle Sounders". Or else we could be called Seattle FC, Seattle Republic, or Seattle Alliance.
