   Rose Bowl or BCS

Does anyone know if the Rose Bowl and the BCS championship game are one of the same or seperate games both played at the Rose Bowl??? And if they are the same would'nt it be Oregon VS Iowa?? or do the automatic bids for the two conferences go out the window because of the BCS bid process? Thanks
