Erik Bedard | Mariners | Interested: Phillies
Seattle Mariners' lefty Erik Bedard gave a phone interview on ESPN Radio 950 in Philadelphia on Tuesday, and though he was very politically correct in his responses, he did say that he would welcome a trade to a contending team.

I don't know if the Mariners should trade him, but hopefully if they do they can get a good prospect and some more bodies. I really think they should keep him for one more year. Then trade him next year when the free agent market for pitchers is a little less attractive than this year.
